Erie is known for social clubs...which means cheap drinks and gambling!  Each club has a daily drawing that can win you a lot of $$$.  You have to be a member and sign the book daily to have a chance to win.  When the dollar amount is up there is usually a telephone to let everyone know to go "sign the daily!"
